Wonderful College Prep Academy – High School

Encompassing Phase 1 of 5, the high school (grades 9-12) at Wonderful College Prep Academy was the first step for the owner’s vision to create a school that will be a catalyst for future community development and growth.  The dynamic design of the classrooms,  many of which have sliding glass walls that fully open to the courtyards, encourage the curriculum of learning, collaborating, and inventing.

The attention to detail with this project from the owner is second to none. Landscaping included the replacement of 100 year old olive trees from another property, as well as custom Spanish wood paneling for each building and other high end finishes that are more often found in luxury hotels.  However the highlight of this project is the opportunity for success the owners intend for the students, with each student having the opportunity to graduate with an associates degree on top of their high school diploma.

The ground up high school includes three 2-story classroom buildings, an administration + library center, gymnasium, and soccer + track field.
